If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement copy. This does not apply to print on demand books from The Book Patch - contact The Book Patch directly for returns of PoD books. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase through our Contact Us page. Be sure to include the order number, date purchased, description and photos showing the issue (required before proceeding with replacements).
Orders of 10 or more books by Purchase Order or Credit Card (through PayPal) may return overstock for a refund. A 10% restocking fee applies.

Original shipment charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase, or by check, if payment was by P.O. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Due to the digital nature of the product, we cannot accept e-book returns.
